Kuki Soccer is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to browse football fixture schedules, live scores, lineups, standings, and football news. You may not modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or harvest data from the application without prior written permission.

3. Informational Nature of Scores & Schedules

Scores, schedules, match timings, lineups, and statistics are sourced from trusted third-party sports providers and are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Sporting events are subject to delays, cancellations, and real-time adjustments. Med8Dev does not guarantee that information will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

The application supplies informational sports data only and does not provide betting advice or financial recommendations.

4. Intellectual Property & Rights

All original app branding, UI designs, code, and graphical assets are the property of Med8Dev or its licensors. Team names, logos, club badges, competition names, and trademarks displayed within the application belong to their respective rights holders. Their display in the application is for identification purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by any club, league, or sports association.

5. Acceptable Conduct

When using the application or communicating with our support channels, you agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our backend infrastructure or APIs.
• Circumvent rate limits, security safeguards, or access restrictions.
• Send abusive, harassing, or fraudulent messages to our support team.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
